The Congress will be structured over two days and will focus on the integrated study of respiratory, cardiorespiratory, cardiological, and immunological systems, with particular attention to chronic inflammatory mechanisms, multisystem dynamics, and multidisciplinary therapeutic models.

The first day will address structural, visceral, autonomic, and biomechanical interactions influencing respiratory and cardiovascular function. Topics will include posture, thoracic mechanics, myofascial chains, autonomic regulation, diaphragmatic function, breathing patterns, advanced functional diagnostics, and imaging, as well as integration between pharmacological and rehabilitative approaches.

The second day will focus on systemic and predictive aspects of respiratory disease, including respiratory muscle pathophysiology, exercise tolerance, heart–lung integration, precision medicine models, digital health applications, immuno-metabolic interactions, neurophysiology of breathing, and autonomic rehabilitation pathways.

Both days will include plenary sessions, thematic sessions, oral communications, and poster presentations, fostering dialogue between basic research, clinical research, and clinical practice.

Afternoon parallel practical (satellite) sessions will be reserved for on-site participants, organized in small groups and dedicated to innovative technologies and emerging therapeutic approaches, with practical demonstrations and case-based discussions, enabling direct interaction with faculty members.
